Upcoming Rallies and Travels
January, 2024: 8th Annual Florida Egg Rally & S’More to be held January 12-15, 2024
We will begin taking orders for installs at the Florida Egg Rally & S'More in early November. As usual, we will ship kits ahead of time, for install at the rally, and along our travel route (I-10 between Houston, TX and Live Oak, FL.)
We'll be installing Katy's Casita Closet Kits, LHOTR Light Kits, and Bath Shelves.

Little Home on the Road has developed a custom light kit for Original and Vintage Katy's Casita Closets!
We will install these light kits at the same time a closet system is going in, and also in closets where there is already a closet system installed.
You can add a light install to your closet system order, or arrange to have it installed in an existing Katy's Casita Closet.
We'll be installing in Houston, Kempner, and at Rallies and Meet-Ups, or by pre-arrangement when we're traveling.

About Katy's Casita Closets
How We Got Here
In an earlier life, Louis was a custom cabinetmaker and at one point he built aircraft cabinets, while Katy developed designs and drew plans for kitchens, baths, and remodels.
When we got our 2019 Casita, we did our best with the closet space. I tried hanging organizers, baskets, and shoe boxes, but everything had shortcomings. I knew the closet could work better for our needs. I sketched my dream of a shelf system that maximized vertical storage while still leaving adequate hanging space. Louis took my sketch and built my dream into reality. We gave our closet a real world test during many trips over thousands of miles, and it worked! Our clothes and necessities stayed put, and we had plenty of space for storage! Louis posted a picture on a Facebook group, and Casita owners insisted that they needed our closet system too. So, Katy’s Casita Closets began.

"Original" or "Vintage"?
How to know which closet system will fit your 17' Casita Deluxe
The Original Katy's Casita Closet will fit Casitas built in 2014 and after.
Casitas built between 1999 and 2012 will fit the “Vintage” Katy's Casita Closet.
Casitas built during 2013 might fit the “Vintage” or “Original” closet system.

If you're placing an order for an install at a rally, please choose a "Rally" item. These will be designated "out of stock", but that is for rally scheduling purposes.
